WHAT TYPE OF CUSTOM COOKIES DO YOU MAKE AND HOW ARE THEY PACKAGED?

All custom orders are classic vanilla sugar cookies created with  premium ingredients and  decorated with vanilla royal icing.   Each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed in cello bags for freshness. Packaging is the final touch, and each cookie is boxed in a bakery box and presented with ribbon and bow.    Premium packaging options can be made available upon request for an increased cost.

Question 2

ORDER, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES?"

Accepted Answer

Once an invoice is agreed to and payment made, pick-up date is final and cancellation results in loss of payment. If possible, I will try to accomodate an earlier/later pick-up date, but there is no gurantee due to prior scheduling. Payment made to Dash of Sweet is non-refundable, not transferable, and non-negotiable. All sales are final. Once an order is out of Dash of Sweet’s possession, I cannot be held responsible for the condition of the cookies. These are delicate products, so handle with care and store in a safe, room temperature, and dry location.   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, more than 80% of the cookies must be returned within 24 hours to be inspected of condition in order to properly address the complaint. A credit towards future orders will be given at Dash of Sweet’s sole discretion depending on the condition/issue of the returned cookies. By placing your order and submitting payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed here.

HOW MUCH DO CUSTOM COOKIES COST?

Cookies are priced by the dozen and vary in cost depending on design complexity, details, number of colors, florals, writing, metallics, and dough type. Each custom cookie order is different, so they are custom-quoted.   Typical Price Ranges:  Basic Cookies: $36.00 a Dozen Perfect for custom orders that require a large quantity and want to bring down the over all cost.  - No designs - Basic Shape (circle, square, hexagon) - 2 colors  Standard Custom: $66.00 a Dozen These are custom with more simplistic designs. Not all themes can be accommodated at this rate. - 1.5 dozen minimum - 4-5 designs - 3 colors plus white   Detailed Custom $69-$84 a Dozen These are highly detailed and are what you'll typically see on my Instagram and Website. These typically include florals, metallics, script, characters, and complex techniques. These orders are custom quoted.  - 1.5 dozen minimum - 5+ designs! - any colors + white

Question 4

CAN YOU COPY A COOKIE EXAMPLE FOR MY ORDER?

Cookies are a work of art, and each artist has their own style. In order to respect the designer of a cookie you might have seen online, I don't copy example cookies/sets 100%. I can take certain aspects of a design (colors/details, shapes, techinques) to incorporate and make the final product my own, but I won't ever 100% copy another cookie artist's design.

WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

The more details, the better! Give me your pinterest board, invitation, floral information, names, hashtags, color palettes, and preferences for details you might want incorporated. I'll also need the basics, such as: how many dozen, pick-up date, event type, etc. Please visit the "Contact" tab in order to inquire about a cookie order!   If you have zero preference, just give me the basic details and permission for full creative control, and I'll go to town on design but touch base along the way to make sure you like the direction.
